Street Painting / Colaboration

In 1985, I met Scott  Malthouse, a sculptur specializing in bronze castings, and we had a full 24/7 collaboration. together we worked for about 6 years mainly in Europe and also in Israel
At first, in an attempt to be original and true to ourselves, we tried to combine two dimensions and three dimensions on the street according to one of El Greco painting, but soon we found ourselves "aligned" according to the "line of the pavemant"  struggeling for a professional high level and seekin for good comunication with the croud of the street. The result – for about six years, we worked on a number of large-scale paintings by Italian Masters who worked during the Renaissance  pariod and after

multicultural 'La Vinda' painting
"LA VINDA" the Indian painting, 2011 (LA VINDA is a Mexican restaurant in bario gotico in Barcelona Spain) poster color and pigment on silk fabric 60X80 cm. Painted in Udaypur India by Manish Kumar, a friend and a Professional indian painter who specializes in Indian Mughal Miniature Painting. I am the art advisor and responsible for the composition and the Whole idea of this painting. in my vision i can see Hopper and balthus blending in a contemporary eye … sure it will take sometime to reach this goal… if ever….
